Portable UV Sterilization Jar with Integrated LED Disinfection System
This project involved the design and development of a portable UV sterilization jar featuring an integrated UV LED light system for disinfecting and preserving personal items. The objective was to create a compact, modern, and user-friendly device that combines product protection with an elegant appearance, making it suitable for personal care, beauty accessories, small electronic devices, and healthcare applications.
The product was developed in SolidWorks using parametric modeling techniques to optimize the jar geometry, threaded closure, and internal component integration. The transparent body allows users to monitor the contents while showcasing the integrated UV lighting system, creating both functional and visual appeal.
Special attention was given to the placement of the UV LED module, internal component packaging, battery accommodation, threaded closure design, and overall manufacturability. The enclosure was engineered to provide structural durability while ensuring reliable assembly and maintenance access for the electronic components.
