Trim Die Design for Wire Shelf Manufacturing

Designed a production trim die for a refrigerator wire shelf to remove excess material and eliminate sharp edges after fabrication. The tool was developed with a focus on dimensional accuracy, production efficiency, and repeatable operation while maintaining consistent part quality. The project includes the complete 3D assembly and manufacturing documentation created in SOLIDWORKS.
