The Novelist | Apartment Layouts & Architectural Sales Plans

Developed apartment layouts and prepared architectural drawings for The Novelist's sales materials, with additional involvement in licensing and contract documentation. These selected sheets focus on furnished two-bedroom layouts, spatial organization, and consistent presentation of the units. My role: Apartment layout development and architectural drawings within the Azure ARC team. Services delivered: Apartment planning, design development, and sales drawing preparation. Selected deliverables: Two apartment presentation sheets and a contribution summary; no contractual or financial documents are included. Similar support: Functional apartment layouts and coordinated sales plans for residential developments.
