Design Concept A waterfront mixed-use ferry terminal that integrates transportation, retail, dining, and entertainment into a vibrant destination. The design embraces Batam’s tropical waterfront character through contemporary architecture, vertical sun-shading elements, landscaped promenades, and open public spaces. More than a transit hub, the project creates a seamless connection between ferry travel, commercial activities, and waterfront leisure, offering visitors a memorable arrival experience in Batam.
