Premium Stout Beer Glass Design for Craft Breweries
This project involved the design and development of a premium stout beer glass engineered to enhance the aroma, flavor, and presentation of dark beers and specialty craft brews. The objective was to create an elegant, ergonomic glass that combines visual appeal with an optimized drinking experience while remaining suitable for large-scale glass manufacturing.
The glass was developed in SolidWorks using advanced parametric and surface modeling techniques. The design features a gently tapered bowl with a rounded base that promotes aroma concentration and supports a rich, creamy head. The balanced proportions provide a comfortable grip while showcasing the beer's color, carbonation, and foam retention.
Special attention was given to glass manufacturability, wall thickness consistency, rim profile, base stability, and overall structural integrity. The design follows Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure efficient glass production while maintaining premium quality and durability for both commercial and consumer use.
