Steam system for a freeze-dried fruit plant (AutoCAD Plant 3D)

Capstone project, Universidad de la República (2026). I designed the steam system of a freeze-dried fruit plant (3,000 kg/h boiler, distribution and condensate return): calculated the steam demand, drew the P&ID and modeled 806 m of piping with 117 valves in AutoCAD Plant 3D, from pipe routes generated by AI-written scripts. Images rendered from the Plant 3D model.
