Site Earthworks – 3D Terrain, Cut-Fill Volumes & 12 Drawing Sheets

IN-E01 earthworks and formation study for a 300 x 240 m site platform, 72,000 m². Existing and proposed surfaces each contain 775 vertices and 1,440 triangles. Layered 3D DXF includes both surfaces, 0.5 m contours, boundary and seven section locations. Separate OBJ meshes, surface-point CSVs and triangle-volume records accompany the model. The 12-sheet A3 PDF covers existing terrain, proposed formation, cut/fill depths, a 3D surface review, seven cross sections and material balance. Formation quantities: 16,407.254 m³ bank cut and 60,826.588 m³ compacted fill. Topsoil stripping is separate at 14,400 m³. Triangles crossing the cut/fill zero line are clipped before exact linear-volume integration. Independent 1 m numerical integration agrees within 0.01%; DXF audit reports zero errors and zero repairs. Reuse suitability and bank-to-compacted yield are explicit assumptions. Independent portfolio study. Constructed terrain, not a measured survey. Batters, retaining works, shoring and haul/disposal pricing excluded; no geotechnical or drainage approval asserted.
