🛠️ Shaper Tool Head Assembly in SolidWorks I have designed and assembled a Shaper Tool Head using SolidWorks, showcasing advanced mechanical design and CAD modeling skills. The project demonstrates: 3D Part Modeling – Each component of the tool head (ram, clapper box, tool holder, gears, and fasteners) was modeled with precision using SolidWorks parametric features. Assembly Creation – Components were assembled with proper mates and constraints, ensuring realistic motion and alignment. Functional Simulation – The tool head’s kinematics were tested to validate tool movement, stroke length, and cutting action. Manufacturing Drawings – Detailed 2D drawings with GD&T annotations were generated for production feasibility. Design Optimization – Material selection and geometry were refined for durability and performance.
