Shackle Bolt

A precision-modeled shackle bolt designed in SolidWorks, built to standard rigging and lifting hardware conventions. Shackle bolts are used with D-shackles and bow shackles for securing chains, wire rope, and slings in lifting, towing, marine, and rigging applications, and correct thread and pin geometry is critical for load rating and safety compliance. The model includes a complete production-ready render set (front, back, left, right, top, bottom, isometric, dimetric, and trimetric views) plus a full 360-degree turntable animation showing thread detail and pin geometry from every angle. Geometry is clean and fully parametric, suitable for downstream FEA, manufacturing drawings, or catalog/spec-sheet use. Useful as a reference for hardware and rigging component designers, or as a portfolio example of SolidWorks fastener/hardware modeling and rendering workflow.
