Scan-to-BIM: Hotel Building Point Cloud to Revit Model

Existing-conditions Revit model of a multi-storey corner hotel building, created from a client-supplied laser scan point cloud. Facade, openings, balconies, shopfront and roof modeled to LOD 300, with QA checks of the model against the scan before delivery. Deliverables: native RVT plus DWG/PDF drawings and IFC.
