Sanitary Inspection Table with Transfer Chute - Stainless Steel AISI 304

Hygienic inspection and sorting station for food processing lines, built entirely in stainless steel AISI 304. An inclined transfer chute feeds product onto a 2400 x 900 mm inspection table with a front drain gutter, rear splashback, reject spout and crate rest. Design features: - Closed round tube frame 50.8 x 2.0 mm, fully welded, no open ends or flat ledges where water can sit - Table top in 3.0 mm sheet with a 2 degree fall to the front gutter and a 2 in drain spout - Generous inside radii (10 mm on the top, 6 mm on the chute) for easy wash-down - Continuous welds ground flush, product contact faces Ra 0.8 max - No fasteners or crevices in the product zone; top carried on welded standoffs - Transfer chute 1800 x 600 mm at 30 degrees in 2.5 mm folded sheet, lifts off its stand without tools - Lower shelf in round bar, ten adjustable feet with +/- 40 mm travel - Overall 4126 x 941 x 2012 mm, approx. 215 kg Included: general assembly drawing with bill of materials, sheet metal flat pattern of the chute with bend lines, bend table, inside radii and K factor, rendered isometric and exploded views, and a STEP model of the assembly.
