This is a model of a RFSP16TA5M43G from RF-Lambda is an absorptive coaxial SP16T Switch that operates from 0.5 GHz to 43.5 GHz (V-band). It can handle up to 0.5 watts of CW power and has a switching speed of below 70 ns.
The switch has an insertion loss of 14 dB and an isolation of over 50 dB. It requires +5V/-5V biasing and is available in a circulator module with 2.92mm female input and output coax connectors.
