Retro-Industrial Bar Module — Engineering & Production Design

Engineering and production development of a custom retro-industrial bar module for a restaurant in Moscow. Based on the designer’s sketch, I developed the complete technical construction, including complex curved geometry, connection details and a production-ready 3D model. The bar was divided into six modular elements for transportation and on-site installation without additional fitting. BarRetro ENG.pdf The construction combines 2 mm sheet-metal components with 15 mm moisture-resistant plywood frames and a curved plywood structure defining the geometry of the countertop. BarRetro ENG.pdf Plywood components were prepared for precise CNC cutting using tenon-and-mortise connections. The project was taken through trial assembly, production and final installation, with geometry and joint alignment checked before final cladding. All modules were successfully assembled on site without additional fitting or corrections.
