Four residential buildings with a total area of 8,000 m², constructed using a hybrid building system. Project: Workshop Drawings for Residential Complex in Sweden (Arno Strand, Nyköping) Project Description: Four residential buildings with a total area of 8,000 m², constructed using a hybrid building system. My Role: - Prepared workshop drawings in HsbCAD, including complete cutting lists and precise material specifications for prefabricated timber elements manufactured in the factory. - Designed the roof structure using arched glued laminated timber beams. - Developed all connection details with the existing concrete-steel structure. - Created specific details for ventilated façade cladding. - Designed sheet metal details, including flashings and drainage systems. Result: Delivered comprehensive technical documentation that ensured accurate prefabrication, seamless integration with hybrid structures, and optimized façade and roofing solutions, with a strong focus on durability and energy efficiency.
