Residential Building – 3D Structural Wood Framing Model

This project features a detailed 3D structural wood framing model for a residential building, developed to assist in design coordination, structural review, and construction documentation. The model was prepared in Revit, showcasing all primary and secondary framing components based on local wood framing standards and the International Residential Code (IRC).Scope of Work Included: Full 3D Wood Framing Layout Stud walls, floor joists, rim boards, beams, rafters, roof trusses, and headers Parametric Modeling in Revit Accurate alignment with architectural model for seamless coordination Code-Compliant Framing Based on IRC and/or local U.S. wood framing construction standards Structural Considerations Member sizing, load paths, and bearing points designed for structural engineer review or permit submission Exported 2D Drawings Floor framing plans, roof framing plans, and sections derived from the 3D model
