Project: Industrial Downlight Fixture Design

The product was developed from concept to manufacturing stage using SolidWorks. ✅ The design included: Aluminum heat sink optimization Plastic diffuser and trim design Sheet metal housing for ceiling mount LED module integration Manufacturing drawings (2D & 3D) The downlight was engineered to meet electrical safety standards and allow for efficient heat dissipation, easy assembly, and aesthetic integration with false ceilings. This product is currently in mass production and was designed as part of a larger product line for the lighting industry. his product is now being mass-produced by Noorsazan Lighting Industries, where I serve as the Engineering & Production Manager.
