Consumer toothbrush holder heading into injection tooling. The client needed a flat rear face for 3M adhesive strips without pushing up part cost. I rebuilt the rear mounting lands to sit truly flat against the wall, then re-engineered the internal ribbing so the added material came back down to a level the moulder was happy to quote. I also found and fixed a set of see-through openings and a cover-to-body interference before they reached the tool. Delivered: tooling-ready STEP files, ISO A3 drawings with GD&T datums, and DFM notes covering draft, sink marks and gate position.
