Planetary Gearbox

A fully modeled planetary gearbox designed in SolidWorks, featuring a sun gear, planet gears, ring gear, and carrier assembly for compact, high-ratio torque transmission. Planetary gear architecture is widely used in automotive transmissions, robotics, wind turbines, and industrial gear reducers where high torque density and coaxial input/output shafts are required. The model includes a complete production-ready render set (front, back, left, right, top, bottom, isometric, dimetric, and trimetric views) plus a full 360-degree turntable animation showing gear meshing and internal assembly detail from every angle. Geometry is clean and fully parametric, suitable for downstream FEA, motion simulation, or manufacturing drawing development. Useful as a reference for mechanical and drivetrain engineers, or as a portfolio example of SolidWorks gear-train modeling, assembly design, and rendering workflow.
