Pier for City of Norfolk, VA

This is a pier I designed for the city of Norfolk, VA. The design is due to be constructed in a reservoir. 12 in diameter timber pilings with 2X8 joists notched in the pilings to ensure the load bearing rests on the piling on not just the 1/2 in bolts that fasten it together.
