PHU-16 Formula Student Suspension System (CAD 3D Designs)

PHU-16 Formula Student Car was only a 3D designs on CAD Project, I was assigned to design the suspension system for a single-seated racing car for a worldwide competition, Formula Student. My goal was to design the lightest most durable suspension components, and after 6 months of development I was able to come up with a total assembly of the wheel hub, which contains the wheel, hub, upright/steering knuckle, braking disk, and braking caliber, Alongside the bearing the whole assembly weighted just less than (10 Kg).
