Oxygen cylinder valve

__Operating principle:__ The seat and the valve shaft rotate together due to their attachment. In this design, when we rotate the shaft to one position, both the valve holes get closed due to the seat connected to the shaft. When the handwheel is rotated to the open position, both the valves will be opened, and the gas is allowed to flow. To prevent any leakage between the valve shaft and the valve body, an O-ring is placed in between as shown in the figure. __Points brought up in the design:__ 1. The outlet thread is G 5/8 RH or in other words, parallel 22.9mm diameter, right hand thread. 2. The valve body and shaft are made of brass 3. The mass of the assembly is 662.04 grams. 4. The pitch of the threads is 14 TPI or 1.814 mm/rev. 5. The design of the valve is new and isn’t registered anywhere within my extent of research.
