Outdoor Spiral Vending Machine: 3D CAD, Mechanism and Control Design

Designed an outdoor spiral vending machine for a small food producer, from concept to prototype-ready CAD. Built the full 3D assembly (housing, door, payment column, dual-spiral trays, drive units, delivery bin), sized the drive with torque calculations, and selected a 24 V DC gear motor and a Raspberry Pi with MDB payments using weighted scoring. Delivered a 40-part STEP assembly, 7 A3 drawings, an engineering report, BOM and electrical diagrams.
