Modular Rowing Boat

This project consists of the design of a modular rowing boat developed for a real client, with a focus on manufacturing using foam injection molding. The goal was to create a lightweight, modular system that can be produced through individual molded parts and easily assembled. Scope of work: • 3D modeling of modular components • Design for manufacturing (DFM) • Definition of part separation for mold production • STEP file preparation for each component • Design of modular joints and assembly system Special attention was given to manufacturability, simplicity, and ease of assembly. Files prepared for production and tooling development.
