Mixed-Use Design Management and BIM Coordination

Design-management and coordination experience across a 1.068 million sqm mixed-use development, including retail, residential, offices, hospitality and a 200 m serviced-apartment tower. BIM-based review was used to identify and resolve more than 1,000 multidisciplinary clashes. My role was design department leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, consultant management and drawing-package review. The case does not claim that every drawing or BIM model was produced personally.
