Mechanical designs in Inventor: gantry with hoists, sliding roof, flange clamp and gooseneck trailer

Smaller projects at an engineering consultancy (BRAVNN, 2024 and 2025). Gantry with rails and two hoists: I surveyed the site, modeled it in Inventor, wrote the report and drew the drawing; it carries 120 kg on two 60 kg hoists, in SAE 1008 steel with a safety factor of 3. Sliding roof for a private garage (7 x 3.1 m, polycarbonate, nylon wheels and a rack and pinion drive): Inventor model, bill of materials and drawing (3 A2 sheets); it weighs 918 kg. Flange leak sealing clamp with bushings, studs and nuts, modeled in Inventor and checked with a static study. Two-axle gooseneck trailer with ramps and a steel plate deck, modeled in Inventor with Frame Generator (the design was never finished).
