Discipline: Structural
Model Status: Coordinated
Level of Development: LOD 300โ350
๐๏ธ Overview:
The Management Building is the structural model representing the administrative or central operations facility within a broader construction project. This model focuses solely on the structural framework, ensuring load-bearing integrity, safety, and alignment with architectural intent.
๐ Scope & Features:
Structural Core:
RCC-framed structure with beams, columns, slabs, and core walls modeled with precise alignment and level coordination.
Foundation Systems:
Includes isolated and combined footings, plinth beams, and foundational reinforcements, modeled for accurate BOQs and clash-free placement with MEP systems.
Slab Systems:
Slabs with varying thickness based on span and load conditions, with openings coordinated for staircases, shafts, and mechanical penetrations.
Framing & Connectivity:
Detailed beam-to-column connections, lintels, and cantilevers where required. All elements tagged and parameterized for easy scheduling.
Level Coordination:
The model is developed with properly named and standardized levels (e.g., Ground Floor, First Floor, Roof Slab), ensuring alignment with architectural and MEP models.
