LaRoyale Curved Bar Counter — Engineering & Production Design

Complete engineering development of a custom curved bar counter for the LaRoyale restaurant in Moscow, based on the technical specification provided by the project’s design studio. The 5.8 m long counter features complex freeform geometry and a modular structural system consisting of six CNC-machined plywood frame sections. Tongue-and-groove connections were developed for accurate positioning and assembly without on-site adjustments. Bar counter LaRoyale.pdf The project included production-ready 3D modeling, CNC preparation, satin-finished stainless-steel cladding, two artificial-stone countertops and integration of refrigeration equipment, a sink station and working areas. Bar counter LaRoyale.pdf A dedicated RAW-bar module for serving fish and seafood was also engineered as part of the project, including a stainless-steel body, ice well with drainage, removable perforated grate and replaceable hardwood cutting surfaces. Bar counter LaRoyale.pdf The complete model and documentation were developed for manufacturing, transportation and final on-site assembly.
