Engineered a sleek travel case featuring three dedicated cylindrical slots for makeup sticks and an integrated flip-top mirror for on-the-go application. Challenges & Solutions Space Optimization & Portability: Housing multiple cylindrical makeup sticks while maintaining a slim, pocket-friendly profile. Solution: Designed a flattened oval chassis that nests the three cylinders side-by-side. This internal layout minimizes wasted negative space while providing a smooth, ergonomic exterior that easily slips into a purse or travel bag. Hinge & Mirror Integration: Adding a functional mirror without making the lid bulky, top-heavy, or prone to hinge failure. Solution: Engineered a low-profile flip-top hinge system. The lid's interior features a precision recess to mount the mirror completely flush. This protects the glass when closed and maintains a clean, premium aesthetic when opened for use. Brand Application & Visualization: Showcasing the product's market readiness and material finish.
