Inflatable Product Design – Selected Projects

Selected inflatable products developed from concept and design through prototyping and production. My work included product concept development, graphic design, development of three-dimensional forms from 2D designs, flat-pattern and sewing-pattern development, prototype sewing, shape evaluation, design improvement, and preparation for mass production. I also coordinated with external sewing manufacturers and worked on the development of specialized fabrics with a textile manufacturer, considering strength, weight, sewability, processability, durability, and weather resistance. These projects demonstrate my ability to translate 2D concepts into manufacturable three-dimensional soft-goods products.
