Industrial Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System | Mechanical Design

Mechanical design and equipment layout for a skid-mounted water purification system based on reverse osmosis. The assembly integrates a storage tank, three horizontal membrane pressure vessels, pump assemblies, process pipework, actuated valves, instrumentation, a plate heat exchanger and an HMI control cabinet within a fabricated support frame. The portfolio presents the overall system arrangement, equipment integration and pipe routing, followed by close-up views of membrane connections, pumps, valves and the control panel.
