Industrial Electronics Enclosure — COMB Module

Replacement industrial electronics enclosure for a COMB module. Challenge: Develop a replacement for an enclosure reported by the owner as unavailable on the market. The housing needed space for the module and interfaces for metal components. Solution and contribution: Eleven 3D developed the CAD geometry in Autodesk Fusion 360, with an internal cavity, enclosure walls, rectangular and circular openings, and mounting interfaces. Complementary views show the internal and external geometry. The portfolio documents fabricated black enclosures and installed brass screws. The accompanying photograph has a treated background. Gray CAD shading is used for readability. No ingress protection rating, material specification or functional testing is claimed.
