Industrial Control Housing — Mechanical CAD Design

Replacement housing CAD model for an electric pallet truck control. Challenge: The owner reported recurring breakage of the plastic housing and difficulty sourcing a replacement. CAD solution: Eleven 3D developed the housing geometry with openings for the control buttons, internal cavities, mounting features and space for the control components. Complementary CAD views document the external shape and internal details. Contribution: Mechanical CAD modeling in Autodesk Fusion 360. The supplied portfolio photographs show a fabricated housing and an assembled control. Photographs have treated backgrounds. No material specification, dimensional tolerance or functional performance testing is claimed.
