Inclined vibrating screen for grain cleaning and classification, designed in Autodesk Inventor for a metalworking company in Colombia. Scope: full 3D model (screen body, inspection cover, feed hopper and inlet pipe, tensioners, discharge chute and welded support frame), assembly drawings, part and fabrication drawings for the workshop, and a complete bill of materials with cut list. Designed for fabrication: bolted modular sheet metal body that is easy to build and maintain, and a rigid welded base for vibration loads.
