Hydraulic Piping Design

I designed a complete hydraulic piping system for an industrial machine with multi-station hoppers and actuators. The routing was performed using SolidWorks Routing tools, including detailed 3D sketch paths, accurate fitting placements, and a modular approach to allow disassembly and maintenance. Each fluid line was functionally separated and color-coded. The system was optimized for both manufacturability and clarity in technical documentation. I also prepared BOM and isometric piping drawings for production.
