Working pressure 3000 psi, proof 4500 psi, push / pull force 37699 / 28274 lbf, dry mass 48.9 lb. Includes a render, a general assembly drawing in third angle projection with section view, full bill of material and manufacturing notes, a fully dimensioned part drawing of the base clevis, and the complete assembly as a downloadable STEP file. Construction: ASTM A513 Type 5 DOM honed barrel, AISI 1045 induction hardened and hard chrome plated rod, ASTM A572 Gr.50 clevises, polyurethane and PTFE seal stack, SAE-8 ORB ports both on the same side. Dimensions in inches, general tolerances ISO 2768-m. Fully parametric model - bore, stroke, rod diameter and port size regenerate the whole assembly and drawings. Software: FreeCAD.
