Hammer Mill

Designed a complete industrial hammer mill system for high-efficiency size reduction of bulk solid materials, incorporating the full mechanical architecture including grinding chamber, rotor-hammer assembly, feed hopper, motor drive integration, structural skid base, maintenance access system, and power transmission layout. The design was developed with strong focus on rotor dynamics, impact load resistance, vibration control, manufacturability, maintenance accessibility, and industrial-duty operational reliability. Delivered as a manufacturing-oriented 3D CAD assembly with engineering-ready mechanical detailing suitable for fabrication, installation, and process integration.
