GRP Body Kit - Front Lip and Side Skirts, Mould-Ready Design

Three-piece glass reinforced polyester body kit for a compact hatchback: one front lip (1700 x 347 x 48 mm, 1.5 kg) and a pair of side skirts (1750 x 93 x 38 mm, 1.1 kg each), designed for hand lay-up in an open mould. All three mouldings share one stepped section: visible blade, 8 degree drafted wall, fixing flange and a return lip that stiffens the hidden edge. Laminate is 3.0 mm with 0.5 mm gelcoat on the mould face, built up to 5.0 mm around every fixing. Minimum inside radius is 6 mm and minimum draft is 3 degrees, so the parts release in a single draw direction with no undercuts. The fabrication drawings show a plan view and a full-size section of each part with the mould tool in place: laminate build-up, draft angles, radii, trim line, 60 mm mould flange and draw direction. The assembly drawing carries the bill of material and the 21 M6 fixing positions. Deliverables: STEP assembly, general assembly drawing with BOM, fabrication drawings of the lip and the skirt, renders. Dimensions in millimetres, third angle projection.
