Fast-Track Design-to-Delivery Coordination for a Public Exhibition Venue

This case presents design-to-delivery coordination for a public astronomy and aerospace exhibition venue. The work covered overall design development, architectural documentation, specialist-design interfaces, multidisciplinary review, issue tracking and construction-stage handover. My role focused on company-side design and delivery leadership: clarifying scope, coordinating consultants, reviewing drawing packages, tracking decisions and supporting issue closure. The project package was delivered by December 2023. The selected pages are anonymized and contain no personal address, ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒, email address, client contact details, signatures or seals. They demonstrate the coordination method and delivery workflow without claiming sole authorship of every drawing or model.
