Designed a detailed electric vehicle (EV) motor rotor using CATIA V5, focusing on accurate geometry, symmetry, and manufacturable features such as cooling fins, central hub, and structural ribs. The base rotor model was later imported into Siemens NX, where design refinements, feature adjustments, and color/visual enhancements were applied to improve clarity and presentation. The final model demonstrates proficiency in rotational part modeling, multi-body design, CAD data transfer between platforms, and professional visualization for EV powertrain components.
