Electronics enclosure with bezel, exploded assembly view

Small controller enclosure housing an Arduino Nano and a relay board, shown as an exploded assembly. The interesting part of a box like this is not the box, it is everything that has to line up at once. The bezel has to sit flush against the front face across injection moulding variation, so the parting line and the snap features are placed where a bit of shrink does not show. Board standoffs are moulded in and toleranced so the Nano's USB port lands square in its cut-out rather than binding against it, which is the usual reason a case gets filed down on the bench. The relay side is given separation and airflow so switched-load heat and the logic side are not sharing the same pocket of still air, and the fastener pattern is arranged so the whole thing comes apart in one direction with a single driver. Modelled as a manufacturable assembly rather than a render: draft angles, wall thickness and rib layout chosen for tooling, and the fits checked in the assembly before anything was rendered. Available for freelance mechanical design, CAD and DFM work.
