Electronic Controller Cover ACC2407 — CAD Modeling

Replacement cover CAD model for an ACC2407 electric forklift controller. Challenge: The owner reported that the original cover deteriorates easily. The replacement geometry needed to accommodate the existing electrical connection interfaces. Solution and contribution: Eleven 3D modeled the cover in Autodesk Fusion 360, including openings for U, V and W phase terminals, +BAT and -BAT battery connections, and mounting tabs. Isometric and front views document the geometry. The photographs show the physical reference cover; they are not evidence that Eleven 3D manufactured the photographed reference. No electrical performance, material specification, dimensional tolerance or safety certification is claimed.
