Egg-Shell Like Shot Glass Container – 2 oz Novelty Packaging Design

This project involved the design and development of a unique egg-shaped protective container housing a removable 2 oz (60 mL) glass shot glass. The concept combines functional packaging with an eye-catching presentation, making it suitable for premium spirits, promotional products, collectible merchandise, and gift packaging. The outer shell was engineered to securely cradle the shot glass while protecting it during handling, storage, and transportation. The enclosure features smooth organic surfaces combined with geometric exterior line details to create a distinctive and modern appearance while allowing easy access to the glass. The internal cavity was carefully modeled to ensure proper alignment, minimize movement, and maintain a secure fit without compromising ease of removal. Consideration was also given to manufacturability, assembly, and material selection for efficient production.
