The Educational, Cultural, and Tourism Hub (NECTUR) located in Alto do Vidigal, Rio de Janeiro. Rooted in eco-oriented architecture and applied urban sustainability, this project features high-performance environmental integration on a challenging hillside terrain. Officially nominated for the prestigious 11th Saint-Gobain AsBEA Sustainable Architecture Award (2026). Technical Execution: 3ds Max for complex volumetric and structural extrusion, clean CAD landscaping design integration, and photorealistic ambient lighting optimized to showcase sustainable materiality and eco-transit systems.
