E-Bike Frame & Mechanical Design — ODM / OEM Development

E-bike product design and mechanical development, covering frame styling, product proportions, battery and motor integration, and assembly and manufacturing feasibility. The development process balanced the appearance of each bicycle with system layout, intended use, and manufacturing requirements. Physical prototypes and assembly reviews helped evaluate the design and refine practical details. This case presents complete bicycles, component development, and prototype outcomes from ODM / OEM projects. My contribution included frame and mechanical design, component integration, drawing reviews, and coordination with manufacturing teams.
