Desktop Sanitizer Dispenser – COVID Response Design

This project was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic to address the urgent need for compact, contactless sanitization devices. The dispenser was designed as a tabletop alcohol sprayer with an automatic sensor-based mechanism and an ergonomic, modern enclosure. The outer body was designed using SolidWorks and optimized for plastic injection molding. The design also included electronic compartment layout, nozzle fitting, and refillable tank integration.
