Custom 3D-Printed Enclosure for Heltec V3 IoT Mesh Node with Integrated LiPo Battery

Designed and manufactured a compact, production-ready enclosure for the Heltec V3 (ESP32 + LoRa) IoT mesh node, fully integrated with a LiPo battery and charging circuit. The parametric FreeCAD design ensures perfect fit for the Heltec V3 board, external antenna, USB-C charging port, and battery while maintaining clean aesthetics and structural strength. Key features delivered: - Precise internal mounting bosses and cutouts for the Heltec V3 board - Dedicated LiPo battery compartment with easy-access lid - Snap-fit assembly with alignment features - Optimized wall thickness and infill-ready geometry for reliable FDM/SLA 3D printing - Cable routing and strain relief for antenna and charging - STEP + high-resolution STL files + full parametric FreeCAD source (.FCStd) This enclosure was developed as part of a real-world IoT mesh networking deployment and has been successfully 3D-printed and field-tested.
