Control cabinet QDC-806025 - IP55 sheet steel enclosure

Conceptual design of a wall mounted control cabinet, 800 x 600 x 250 mm, IP 55 class construction, in 1.5 mm sheet steel. Includes renders of the cabinet closed and with the door open, and a general assembly drawing in third angle projection - front, top and side views plus an isometric with balloons - with a full bill of material of 12 components, principal dimensions and manufacturing notes. The cable gland plate is included as a downloadable STEP file. Construction: 1.5 mm carbon steel body and door with return flange, 2.0 mm galvanised mounting plate on welded M8 studs, expanded polyurethane door gasket bonded and mitred, zamak 180 deg external hinges, quarter turn latch, 490 x 190 cable entry gland plate, powder coat RAL 7035 after degreasing and phosphating. Sheet metal design with flat patterns and bend allowances available. Fully parametric - height, width, depth and cable entry size regenerate the whole enclosure. Software: FreeCAD.
