Compression Hand Press: Designed for MJF Nylon 12, No Post-Machining
Four-part hand press modelled in SolidWorks and designed to come off an MJF printer in PA12 nylon ready to use, with no machining or test fits. A buttress thread drives the press, a three-tab bayonet lock closes the base, and the piston slides in a matched bore.
Clearances are set for raw MJF PA12: 0.20 mm radial on the piston, 0.15 mm on the locating spigot and 0.70 mm on the thread.
Outputs: native SolidWorks parts and assembly, STEP, and STL for printing.
