Academic collaborative housing project in Chacarita, Buenos Aires. My contribution focused on architectural design development, structural concept, 3D modeling, visualization, floor plans, sections and axonometric documentation. The proposal combines an exposed steel frame, perforated brick screens, shared terraces and interior courtyards to balance density, filtered light, privacy and collective life.
