54 polycarbonate parts nested on a 96 x 48in sheet, delivered as a DXF plus a WoodWOP MPR. Part geometry was read directly from the client's own DXF, including a .020in slot offset he had drawn deliberately - measured feature by feature, never patterned, so it carried through exactly as designed. Mixed-orientation nest: 6 landscape plus 48 portrait. Holes and slots cut first while each part is still solid in the sheet, perimeter last with four ramped tabs so nothing frees early.
